Where the Work Happens.
My workshop is where ideas become instruments. It is a working space filled with wood, tools, machines and the small details that come with building guitars by hand. Some jobs call for precision machinery. Others need a sharp chisel, a hand plane and a little patience. There is room for both.
The Heart of the Workshop.
A Place to Make Things.
The work begins at the benches: measuring, checking, shaping and fitting. It is a practical space, where tools stay within reach and every piece of wood gets the attention it deserves.
Precision Meets Tradition.
The Right Tool for the Job.
My Laguna Fusion 3 table saw, Bernardo FS 310 PS planer-thicknesser and Bosch sliding mitre saw help prepare timber with care and consistency. Machinery is part of the process, but it never replaces judgement and a steady hand.
Built Around the Way I Work.
A Workshop That Evolves.
Some tools are built around my own needs. My custom-made router table uses a Jessem router plate and a precision aluminium Jessem fence. It is one of the ways I bring accuracy and flexibility to everyday guitar-making tasks.
The Human Touch.
Still Made by Hand.
Hand planes, Japanese chisels, scrapers, rasps and simple woodworking tools remain essential. They let me respond to the wood, refine the fit and work on the details that make each instrument individual.
Built with Care. Made to Be Played.
Every instrument starts with a piece of wood, a clear idea and the time to do the work properly.
